TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by Synergy Recruit GmbH & Co. KG.
2. Services.
We recruit qualified nurses from Africa for placement in German institutions. Recruitment is free of charge for the healthcare professionals (Employer Pays Principle).
3. Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded upon our written confirmation.
4. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with two
weeks’ notice unless a statutory term applies.
5. Liability
We are liable only for intent and gross negligence.
6. Jurisdiction
Cologne shall be the place of jurisdiction where legally permissible.
