Juliana Kiwala Rehm studied medicine at Makerere University in Uganda and holds a Master of Public Health from Hamburg. She has lived in Germany for many years, successfully completed the recognition process for foreign physicians, and now works as a specialist in general medicine in Hamburg.
As co-founder of Synergy Recruit GmbH, she combines medical expertise with intercultural competence and personal experience in integrating international healthcare professionals. She is also chairwoman of Hamburg Kyadondo Intercultural Association, where she advocates for inclusion, education, and equal opportunities for migrants.
She has also contributed to community projects like the ‘Stadtteilmütter’ (Neighborhood Mothers) program of Diakonie Hamburg, gaining valuable experience in grassroots integration.
